Job description

Integrity is actively recruiting experiencedMoldmakersto join our expanding team.


As an experiencedMoldmaker, you will be responsible for constructing and/or modifying molds utilizing a variety of metal-working hand tools and machinery to prepare molds for production. Additionally, you will work with your team, team leader and other company employees to troubleshoot, problem solve and identify opportunities for improvement.


This position will report directly to the Moldmaking Team Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assembling and disassembling molds to the leader's specifications
  • Fitting, functioning and spotting of components
  • Installing, fitting and testing hot runner systems
  • Productionizing molds
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' moldmaking experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills
