Job description

A flexo print company looks for a Flexo printing machine operator with flexographgic printing experience.

We are looking for a detail oriented FLEXO LABEL PRESS OPERATOR. Someone who is able to run a press, check colors and match ink dyes with minimal to no errors.

Flexol Machine Press Operator Job Description/duties;

Set up and operate A 7-10 color flexographic printing press machine

ensuring proper ink distribution, registration, and overall print quality, color match

Conduct thorough inspections of printing plates, cylinders, and other press components before and during production runs to identify and address potential issues.

Monitor press performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain consistent print quality and color accuracy.

Collaborate with the prepress team to ensure accurate and timely plate mounting and job setups.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on the press, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
