Job Summary

The Molding Operator in the NJ plant is responsible for operating injection molding equipment for production runs, ensuring the machine is running according to specifications, and performing frequent quality checks. This role requires mechanical aptitude, 5S compliance, and quality orientation. The Molding Operator will collaborate with their team and demonstrate ENNOVIโ€™s values of accountability, teamwork, and integrity.


Main Responsibilities

  • Operating injection molding machinery
  • Ensuring components manufactured are meeting quality standards
  • Monitor operations, record data, and troubleshoot machines
  • Escalate machine or product issues as needed to quality, engineer, and leadership
  • Following all safety procedures related to operating stamping presses.
  • Collaborating with other technicians, operators, and maintenance personnel


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Min. 5 yearsโ€™ experience in manufacturing or equivalent technical/mechanical experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in using basic measuring tools and equipment
  • Physical ability to perform the required tasks, including standing up to 8 hours and lifting and moving heavy objects

3rd shift: 11pm-7:30am (10% shift differential)
