Job description

What Drives Success

The primary functions of the position are to monitor, maintain and operate X-Machine equipment. They are also responsible for cleaning and quality-checking their machinery to ensure everything works as it should.

Job Duties: 

  • Monitoring: Gauges, Indicators, Sensors, Batch Counter, Coil Feeder, Nail Feeder and Quality Control
  • Controlling the operations of Equipment or systems.
  • Convey information to Lead/Supervisor effectively.
  • Determine the reason/s for Machine Stoppage (trouble shooting)
  • Packaging, Labeling and Palletizing finished goods.
  • Must be able to fill out Production sheets in English
  • Must be able to load all Raw Material into Machines
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • What We Are Looking For

    Additional Requirements:

    • Must be able to read/write.
    • Must be flexible - OT and weekends are required as needed.
    • Must be able to work a 10 hour/day work schedule.
    • Work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime.
    Physical Requirements
    • Must be in good physical condition.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Must be able to push and pull up to 150 lbs.
    • Must have good hand/eye coordination.
    • Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)

    Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $18.00-$22.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
