Maintain a direct contact with certain large key customers while coaching and mentoring an Associate Trader.Main Accountabilities Profitably grow BLA?s oil program. Customer centricity: Puts the customer needs at the forefront of the decision process by understanding their needs and removing barriers to a great customer service. Analyze fundamentals of cash and futures markets and leveraging BLA?s programs, identify trading strategies, explain rationale and risk/reward scenarios, manage BLA?s positions to maximize profit Manage and actively optimize logistics (freight, contracts, settlements, etc. ) with attention to details using analytical and critical thinking Communicate to all internal stakeholders to ensure clarity of own position/opinion, ensure access to information of all employees and increase alignment of views across the organization Regularly visit customers and commercial offices.
