Job description

Job Summary
  • Is responsible for providing Tier 2 and above systems support and problem resolution, root cause fixes, and work with the business in designing, developing and implementing simple to complex system enhancement solutions for Oracle Value Chain Planning modules - ASCP, Demantra, I/O, Production Scheduling, and GOP.
  • Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, designs and specifies functional and technical solutions, and implements enhancement projects. Designs test cases that ensure that implemented solutions functions without error or disruption to business operations. Completes documentation per IT Standards.
Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction.
