Austin, TX - Onsite
Job Description:
Pega Developer with expertise in the Customer Service (CS) module designs, develops, and implements Pega applications, focusing on customer service processes, user interfaces, and integrations, ensuring efficient and effective customer interactions
Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience configuring and designing Pega applications in Customer Service framework
  • Experience complex case workflows
  • Experience in building new rules and rule sets for business logic
  • Experience in creating new UI sections/harnesses and customizing Pega UI using themes
  • Experience in using data pages, data transforms, creating and exposing rest services for high data volume
  • Hands-on experience in Java
  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent related experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • LSA with 8+ years configuring and designing Pega applications in Customer Service framework
  • Should be aware of best practices in general application design as well as Pega application design
  • Should have good understanding of HTML, CSS and JS
  • Should have hands-on experience in Java
