Construction Technician 1 (CT1)
Position Summary
As a construction Technician 1 (CT1) you will be part of constructing prefabricated modular buildings. You will be taught how to perform the essential duties and responsibilities during on-the-job training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Ability to read a tape measure to the nearest 1/8” from Enerpan shop drawings
  • Pull and stage all fasteners per the job Bill of Materials
  • Apply continuous 3/8” bead along frame flanges and panel seam laps
  • Assist higher level Construction Technicians while working
  • Solvent and Surface cleaning of the modular buildings
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • No experience is required; however, a background in construction would be helpful
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions.
  • Ability to walk and stand for 6-8 hours a day
  • Ability to stoop/bend on a regular basis
