Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Millwork Installer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and aligning machinery and structural components used in the production of modular building systems.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities
  • Install, assemble, and align machinery, equipment, and structural components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications.
  • Use measurement tools to ensure proper installation and alignment.
  • Working knowledge of basic materials; wood, plastic laminates, solid surfaces, hardware, etc.
  • Perform leveling, anchoring, and alignment.
  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems.
  • Ensure that all installations meet safety standards and company specifications.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and clean, organized workspace.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Skills & Qualifications
  • 2 years of millright, mechanical installation, or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment installation, and alignment.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Ability to read and use measurement tools accurately.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 -75 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
