Our Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure offering delivers specialized engineering capabilities to design, implement, manage, and operate hybrid cloud environments. We modernize networks and AI infrastructure from the core to the edge and develop new infrastructure and device services to help clients stay ahead with the latest technology advancements.

The Modern Workplace Consultant strives to build an end user experience that enables users to work independently and efficiently adopting cutting edge technologies. Our Modern Workplace team guide our clients through multi-year journeys from the case for change through implementation across all dimensions of workplace services. We help our clients optimize their workplace experience through collaborative tools that increase productivity and allow seamless communication and collaborations amongst teams. These include transformations for BYOD, mobility, desktop delivery, collaboration, end user experience management, user support environments, Microsoft 365 Copilot implementations, Power Platform development, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years of experience with Modern Workplace Solutions (Microsoft 365)
  • 2+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
  • 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience and large scale, enterprise class consulting or systems integration experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited sponsorship may be available. 

Preferred

  • Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint Management Solutions, Cloud Enablement (Cloud Based End-point Computing Infrastructure and Desktop Management)
  • Experience in leading mid-to-large scale M365 implementations which include Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and One Drive for Business
  • Experience and understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Windows AutoPilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Experience with industry unified endpoint management solutions hosted on-premise or cloud
  • Experience working with Power Platform services including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio
  • Strong Configuration experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Directory Services
  • Knowledge of Desktop as a Service and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VMC on AWS, AWS Workspaces, Azure VMware Solution, Azure Virtual Desktop, XenApp, XenDesktop)
  • Knowledge and experience in delivery of cloud computing (hybrid, public, community, and private) based solutions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its integration with the M365 suite.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
