Skills: Organizational, managerial and communicative skills are necessary to coordinate and prepare for the conference experiences.Education: Valid PA teaching certificate.Essential Functions: Mentor, guide, and chaperone delegates at conferences. Help delegates develop leadership, personal growth, and service skills.Make sure delegates follow the conference rules, including the Code of Conduct and Delegate Expectations.Help delegates prepare for their roles, including conference preparation, research, training, and creating timelines.Provide intellectual, administrative, and personal support to students
