Model Cocktail Server Jobs (NOW HIRING)

The Cocktail Server/Marketing Model at XS Nightclub is responsible for delivering exceptional Forbes Five-Star guest service while providing beverage and VIP table service in one of the premier nightlife destinations in the world. This position combines luxury hospitality, beverage expertise, and professional presentation to create memorable guest experiences in a high-energy nightclub environment.

Model Cocktail Servers are expected to embody the Wynn and XS brands through outstanding service standards, polished appearance, confidence, and professionalism while servicing VIP guests, bottle service clients, special events, and nightclub operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere, anticipates guest needs, and consistently exceeds expectations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional beverage service to nightclub guests while maintaining the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Deliver VIP table-side bottle service in accordance with XS Nightclub service standards.
• Accurately take beverage orders and enter transactions into the point-of-sale system.
• Process guest payments, cash transactions, and credit card settlements with accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all beverage offerings, premium spirits, champagne selections, specialty cocktails, and promotional offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer recommendations that enhance the nightclub experience.
• Participate in nightclub promotional activities, special events, media appearances, and property-sponsored marketing initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain awareness of guest consumption levels and comply with all responsible alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, barbacks, security personnel, hosts, cashiers, and management to ensure seamless guest service.
• Ensure assigned sections, tables, and service stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
• Uphold all Wynn Resorts policies, Clark County regulations, and Nevada liquor laws.
• Attend required departmental meetings, training sessions, and pre-shift briefings.
• Support nightclub operations during special events, holiday weekends, concerts, and high-profile activations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a high-volume nightclub, lounge, dayclub, luxury hospitality, or beverage service environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required work cards to include Alcohol Awareness, Health Card, Nevada gaming registration, and any licensing required for the position.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, champagne, wine, cocktails, mixers, and luxury bottle service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact confidently and professionally with a diverse clientele, including VIP and celebrity guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work evenings, late-night shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must actively support venue marketing initiatives, including promoting upcoming events, special events and nightclub programming as directed by management
• Must assist with guest list development by inviting qualified guests, encouraging attendance and supporting approved guest list procedures
• Must maintain an active and professional social media presence that aligns with company standards and supports venue marketing goals
• Must post, share or engage with approved venue content, event announcements and promotional materials as requested by management
• Must participate in approved marketing events, promotional appearances, networking opportunities and venue-related activations when scheduled
• Must represent XS Nightclub professionally both on property and off property while supporting brand awareness, guest engagement and event promotion

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous model, promotional, brand ambassador, presenter, or luxury nightlife experience preferred.
• Previous VIP bottle service experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience working in Forbes Five-Star, luxury hospitality, casino, or resort environments preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 10 hours per shift.
• Ability to carry service trays, beverage products, and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, reach, twist, and lift as necessary to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to perform duties in a loud, crowded, and fast-paced nightclub environment.
• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors, including poolside and cabana environments when assigned.
• Ability to work in a smoking environment where permitted.
