This position is part of a Service Charge pay model and is compensated primarily through commission based earnings from service charges on guest checks shared among front of house team members. This position may also receive tips from customers. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Demonstrate comprehensive working knowledge of all food and beverage offerings on the menu.

2. Answer guest questions and provide informed, enthusiastic recommendations.

3. Follow all Parker Hospitality processes for exceptional customer service.

4. Repeat and accurately enter all orders into the point of sale system.

5. Follow all side work procedures and checklists as designated by the company.

6. Maintain attentive and proper table maintenance throughout service.

7. Process all payments promptly and accurately.

8. Adhere to all company health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.

9. Communicate openly and professionally with all team members and management.

10. Accept direction and constructive feedback from management.

11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout every shift.

The responsibilities listed above represent the key duties of this role and are not an exhaustive list. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the venue, team, and overall business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

High School Diploma or GED.

Previous server experience in a high volume setting preferred.

Outgoing personality with the ability to interact with coworkers and guests in a friendly and respectful manner.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Arrive punctually and prepared for duty.

Abstain from working under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substances.

Refrain from engaging in violent, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.

Pass a drug and alcohol test within the first 90 days of employment, where required.

Must be able to stand or walk for the majority of a shift.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Must be available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts including weekends.
