Job description

Job Description Summary/Objective Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce thermoplastic hoses by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Places parts in specified relationship to each other. Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together.

Tends machines, such as spring machine, crimper, coiling machine and swage machine to perform for fitting or fastening operation on assembly line. Works at different workstations as production needs require. Works online where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.

Coils hose using established equipment according to specifications. Applies tags, caps, strings, and other accessories based on specification requirements. Continuously looks for quality defects and variation from specifications.

Build pallet boxed and packs pallets boxes according to specification. Maintain organization neatness in work center. We are looking for people who are highly motivated to learn techniques in Problem Solving, Technical Skills, Written Communication, Teamwork, Professionalism, Adaptability, Dependability, and good Attendance and Punctuality.

The candidates will meet quality and production quotas, take responsibility for their own actions, follow instruction, and be safe.
