Position Summary

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components using work instructions, blueprints, and schematics while meeting quality and production standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components following detailed instructions and specifications
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment (including overhead cranes)
  • Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards
  • Identify and report defects or issues during assembly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Meet daily production goals and deadlines
  • Perform basic testing and troubleshooting when needed


✅ Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills are a plus


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Lift and move 25–35 lbs
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks


Work Environment

  • Clean, controlled manufacturing facility
  • Work around machinery and production equipment
  • PPE required (steel-toe boots & safety glasses)
