We're actively seeking a talented Global Mobility Specialist to join our Global Mobility Team in Charlotte, NC (strongly preferred), Newport Beach, CA, or Omaha NE.

As a Global Mobility Specialist, you'll move Pacific Life and your career forward by acting as an internal consultant to employees, managers, Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Experience (PX), providing strategic advice on moves, ensuring application of appropriate policy, and overseeing a caseload of employee files while ensuring superior employee experience. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 2 people in the People Operations division. Your colleagues will include payroll specialists, HR operations, benefit specialists and fellow compensation professionals.
How you'll help move us forward:

  • Serve as an employeefocused internal consultant, providing relocation guidance to employees, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management while balancing individual needs, business requirements, policy application, cost mitigation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee endtoend mobility cases through completion, managing inquiries via the Global Mobility mailbox/caseload system and coordinating with employees, PX, TA, Payroll, and vendors to ensure timely cost analysis, approvals, LOUs, system updates, and transactions.
  • Proactively manage issues, escalations, exceptions, and vendor performance to ensure a positive employee experience, minimize service creep, maintain compliance and equity, and engage management as appropriate.

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in Global Mobility or Immigration
  • Fluent in Microsoft office tools including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to understand and analyze data and manage multiple task.
  • Strong relationship building skills, empathy, and operational excellence

  • Ability to understand and interpret cost projections

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$93,690.00 - $114,510.00
