  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate interaction patterns and design intent.

  • Partner with developers during implementation by reviewing work in development and test environments, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring the final experience aligns with design intent, usability standards, and brand quality.

  • Apply UX best practices including accessibility, information hierarchy, and usability principles to improve the customer experience.

  • Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews to validate and refine solutions.

Digital Design & Merchandising

  • Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to create compelling shopping experiences that inspire customers while supporting conversion goals.

  • Maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem by contributing to established design systems and component libraries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with UX, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, and Analytics teams throughout the design process.

  • Present design rationale clearly, incorporating stakeholder feedback while advocating for the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and perform QA/QC to maintain design quality across devices and browsers.

Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Use customer feedback, analytics, and business insights to iterate and improve digital experiences.

  • Stay current on UX trends, eCommerce best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging digital technologies.

  • Identify opportunities to improve design workflows, documentation, and team processes.

Criteria:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of design experience in digital environments. Preference for eCommerce experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), and HTML is required. Experience with Airtable or similar project management software is a plus.
