Job Description
  • Define and drive the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Partner with Design, Technology, Production, and Business leaders to align priorities and product direction.
  • Ensure mobile is treated as a first-class experience throughout development and represented in planning, development, and delivery decisions.
  • Translate product goals into clear requirements, priorities, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Drive product decisions through user research, analytics, testing, and iteration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, engagement, retention, monetization, and long-term product health.
  • Contribute to launch planning, release readiness, and post-launch product evolution.
  • Communicate priorities, risks, and recommendations clearly across the organization.
  • Help scale the mobile product function as the team grows.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements: 

  • 9+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, or a closely related discipline, with recent experience on successful mobile or cross-platform entertainment products.
  • Experience owning product strategy, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, or business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of mobile product fundamentals, including engagement, retention, monetization, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Experience working closely with Design, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Production teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
  • Ability to turn ambiguity into clear product direction and actionable plans.

Desired Characteristics: 

  • Experience contributing to highly engaged gaming, social, creator-driven, or UGC products.
  • Experience with free-to-play mobile products, live operations, progression systems, monetization systems, or virtual economies.
  • Experience shipping cross-platform experiences across mobile, PC, and/or console.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to balance player value, business value, and technical constraints.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where not all answers are known upfront.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build alignment without relying on formal authority.
  • Passion for interactive entertainment and player-focused product development.
  • Experience mentoring product managers or helping build a product organization is a plus.
