Tu connais la restauration, tu aimes convaincre et tu veux vendre une solution qui fait vraiment une difference sur le plancher?

PayFacto est en pleine croissance et on cherche un(e) representant(e) des ventes pour developper notre presence dans le marche restaurants / bars / hotels.

Ton role

Tu seras responsable de developper ton territoire et de proposer des solutions Point de Vente + paiements integres aux etablissements de restauration.

Ce que tu vas faire

• Developper de nouveaux clients (prospection terrain, references, reseau, etc.)
• Rencontrer des restaurateurs, comprendre leurs besoins et proposer la bonne solution
• Convertir des marchands existants vers nos solutions POS + paiement integre
• Faire des demonstrations de produits et presenter des offres adaptees
• Gerer le cycle complet : contact proposition negociation signature mise en place
• Collaborer avec les equipes internes (operations, integration, support, marketing)
• Assurer un suivi client solide et batir des relations a long terme
• Mettre a jour les opportunites et activites dans le CRM PayFacto
• Atteindre (et depasser!) tes objectifs de vente

Ce qu'on cherche

• Experience en vente B2B et developpement des affaires
• Experience en restauration (gros atout)
• A l'aise avec la prospection et la vente consultative
• Bon communicateur, oriente resultats et service client
• Organise, autonome, capable de gerer plusieurs dossiers en meme temps
• Disponible pour te deplacer et parfois travailler en dehors des heures regulieres (selon les clients)

Sales Representative - POS & Payment Solutions (Hospitality)

Do you know the restaurant industry, enjoy persuading others, and want to sell a solution that truly makes a difference on the floor?

PayFacto is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Sales Representative to expand our presence in the restaurant, bar, and hotel market.

Your Role
You will be responsible for developing your territory and offering Point of Sale (POS) and integrated payment solutions to hospitality businesses.

What You'll Do

• Develop new clients through field prospecting, referrals, networking, and more
• Meet with restaurateurs, understand their needs, and recommend the right solution
• Convert existing merchants to our POS and integrated payment solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored offers
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach proposal negotiation signing implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, implementation, support, marketing)
• Provide excellent client follow-up and build long-term relationships
• Keep opportunities and activities updated in the PayFacto CRM
• Achieve-and exceed-your sales targets

What We're Looking For

• B2B sales and business development experience
• Experience in the restaurant industry (a strong asset)
• Comfortable with prospecting and consultative selling
• Strong communication skills, results-oriented, and customer-focused
• Organized, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work outside regular business hours
