Armed Security Field Supervisor Full-Time | Field-Based | KRE Security, LLC Home Base: Hamburg, PA (occasional travel to Harrisburg) Schedule: Friday–Monday | Four 10-Hour Shifts

Friday & Monday: 2nd Shift

Saturday & Sunday: Swing Shifts Pay: $23–$25/hour (based on experience) Company Vehicle Provided

Step Into Leadership with KRE Security

KRE Security is seeking a motivated and dependable Armed Security Field Supervisor to support and lead field operations across multiple client sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals looking to step into a leadership role while working a consistent four-day schedule with three days off each week. You’ll play a key role in supporting officers in the field, ensuring operational standards are met, and helping maintain strong client relationships across assigned locations.

As a Field Supervisor, you’ll be trusted to handle a variety of responsibilities including site support, officer coaching, incident response, and operational oversight. A company vehicle is provided, allowing you to move efficiently between sites while staying fully supported by management.

If you’re reliable, take initiative, communicate well under pressure, and are ready to grow into a leadership-focused role, this position offers both responsibility and opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support security officers across multiple client sites

Conduct site visits to ensure proper coverage, quality, and compliance

Train, coach, and mentor field personnel

Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation

Serve as a key communication link between field staff and management

Respond to incidents and assist with resolving on-site challenges

Ensure officers maintain professionalism, appearance, and performance standards

Assist with shift coverage and operational support when needed

What You Bring

Previous security experience required

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

ACT 235 certification or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe

Law enforcement or military background is a plus, but not required

Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and work independently

Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving ability

Pay: $23–$25/hour based on experience
