As the newest member of our Roseville, MI team, you earn a competitive base salary (depending on qualifications):
  • Rookie: $65,000 - $85,000/year
  • Professional: $85,000 - $105,000/year
  • Legend: $105,000 - $130,000+/year

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Here's a quick overview of your goals as a Residential Roofing Sales Rep:

  • Self-generate 20% of your leads
  • Close at least 70% of repair and service appointments

You're a master problem solver and smooth communicator, working directly with homeowners to secure more business for our company. As you visit homes, you assess exterior damage, identify service options, and explain to the homeowner why we're the best choice for their roof. You follow our defined sales process to build rapport with prospects and demonstrate your roof, siding, gutter, and attic insulation knowledge. You generate cost estimates, maintain detailed documentation, and complete inspections to ensure the best service for clients. Your dedication helps you exceed your KPIs and sales goals!
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR RESIDENTIAL ROOFING SALES REP
  • 2+ years of steep slope roofing experience
  • Experience using CRMs, making presentations, and generating digital proposals
  • Comfort working on roofs up to 10/12 pitch
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs., climb onto rooftops, and work in attic spaces
  • Valid driver's license
