Job description

The Regional Mobile Sales Manager directs the Mobile Service Aftermarket Sales teams throughout an assigned Dealer Region and area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise entire mobile program and report to Regional Manager or General Manager – ensure all duties of each person is being done.
  • Perform quality checks on completed jobs, or verify with technician or paperwork technician turns in.
  • Build loyal clientele, foster good relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Establish and maintain customer follow-up program to confirm customer satisfaction with their service experience. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Initiate and follow through on plans, programs and objectives to meet overall company goals.
  • Develop, enforce and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Aftermarket Sales Team to Rush Enterprises formal Leadership Standards and Guidelines
  • Hire, train and develop an Aftermarket Sales Team of multidimensional sales professionals capable of selling mobile and embedded offerings to cover each local AOR and the overall Region.
  • Identify/profile all accounts in each AOR to ensure sales representation to accounts qualifying to be assigned to an Aftermarket Salesperson and assign those accounts as appropriate to maximize profit growth.
  • Lead and motivate ASRs to reach sales goals as aligned with Rush’s overall sales initiatives, as it relates to Parts, Service, All Makes Growth, Gross Profit Growth, and Sales IQ Win Rate.
  • Align the Aftermarket Sales Team with current and growing product offerings to include RushCare, Service Connect, Parts Connect, Xpress Services, Managed Maintenance, and technology innovations as examples.
  • Must travel throughout the Region with ASRs in their AOR’s to call on conquest accounts, high potential sales accounts, declining sales accounts, and accounts with limited sales penetration.

Basic Qualifications and Attributes

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Five plus years in a sales-based role/background in a multi-location regional function.
  • Two to Four years in a leadership role preferable.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
  • Demonstrates decision-making, managerial, administrative, and supervisory organizational skills.
  • Must be capable of learning and deciphering multiple data analytics tools and capable of implementing sales strategy based upon ASR’s sales deficiencies to include sales by department, Parts product categories, and Service repair types.
