Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Boost Mobile Retail Wireless Sales Team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager II to drive growth and profitability through data-driven merchandising strategy development and execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales operations, be results driven, communicate effectively, and have a high level of energy and strong organizational skills. The role requires a results-driven mindset, effective communication and collaboration, a high level of energy and strong organizational skills. This position will be located in Littleton, CO.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Manage the full lifecycle of merchandising initiatives and third-party vendors to guarantee high standards of compliance, budget adherence, and schedule execution

  • Lead the cross-functional "Merch Swap" process to bridge corporate strategic planning with field execution across Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams

  • Analyze product performance, sales trends, and consumer behavior to deliver data-backed recommendations and optimize brand positioning

  • Evaluate the ROI of merchandising swaps and initiatives, generating clear reports on what drives growth versus what requires adjustment

  • Deliver high-impact presentations and updates to executive leadership to maintain organizational alignment and visibility into program results

  • Apply AI-powered data analytics and forecasting tools to identify emerging consumer trends and optimize future retail merchandising campaigns

  • Mastery of program management methodologies to lead complex, cross-functional retail merchandising lifecycles from ideation to completion

    • Managing end-to-end project lifecycles within retail sales operations or physical merchandising environments
