Job description

Field Services Logistics / Mobile Coordinator

The Musco Services Team has an opening for a Field Services Logistics / Mobile Coordinator at our Oskaloosa office. This position will be responsible for the coordination of daily activities for Field Services Lighting Technicians as well as support for Field Technicians and Mobile Sales. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years office experience required
  • Detail oriented & must have the ability to multi-task
  • Customer oriented, self-motivated, dependable and highly organized
  • Previous personal travel or travel coordinating experience a plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing team environment
  • Highly proficient in Word & Excel

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support coordination of technician logistics, including travel planning for Field Services teams
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports that support Mobile and Field Services technician, ensuring access to reliable data for scheduling, job tracking, and operational needs
  • Track and manage key field inputs and Mobile project requirements, including project photos, light levels, and any related performance information
  • Support Mobile operations by coordinating project surveys capturing job scope, contacts, assignments, and travel details
  • Support monthly credit card reconciliations and expense approvals to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards
  • Provide operational support to technicians, helping resolve issues related to projects, systems, and documentation
  • Support onboarding and training efforts to prepare new technicians for field work.
  • Support technician credentials and required documentation for Mobile and Field Services projects.
  • Assist with planning and executions of large-scale mobile and field projects, coordinating materials and resources
  • Other duties as assigned
