Your Mission

As an Associate Manager for our Mobile team, you will get to assist in shaping our marketing efforts through a mix of campaign management and data analysis. The Mobile Growth team at Activision commands a multimillion-dollar budget and is responsible for growing the company's user base across its portfolio of mobile games, including Call of Duty: Mobile. The team we've assembled is strategically vital to our mission of bringing our world-class IP onto mobile phones, and we're looking for rockstars who are equally comfortable with marketing as they are with analytics. The Associate Manager, Mobile Growth role is a mid-level role that assists the Mobile Growth team through a combination of performance marketing/UA campaign management, partner relationship building, quantitative & qualitative analysis, and operational support.

This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run performance marketing/user acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Snapchat, DSP, Networks, etc. ensuring critical metrics are achieved

  • Onboard new channels and assist in identifying new opportunities for the continued growth of Activision's Mobile titles

  • Partner with Mobile Analytics and Data Science to monitor critical metrics that align with business objectives and help drive optimization

  • Assist with complex A/B testing for localization, creatives, geos, content, CTAs, etc., to enhance acquisition activities and return on investment

  • Participate in creative ideation & optimization to enhance the effectiveness of paid media campaigns

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure our growth strategy is completed upon

  • Perform deep-dive analysis (e.g. cohort performance, channel analysis, creative review, etc.)

  • Learn the dynamics of free-to-play gaming and the Mobile marketing ecosystem from industry veterans

Player Profile

  • 2-3+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns for down funnel KPIs

  • A balance of data-driven, analytical skills with demonstrated creative campaign wins

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize multi-million dollar acquisition budgets

  • Understanding of Insertion Order/PO set up, budget pacing, and invoicing

  • Preferably experience in driving growth specifically for mobile

  • Mobile gaming/gaming experience a plus

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $74,020.00 - $136,944.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
