Job description

Overview
Microsoft is looking for a strategic and analytical leader to join the Xbox Supply Chain team within the Microsoft Devices Operations (MDO) organization. Our team is responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain strategies and performance to enable the business to meet its objectives for Xbox physical products.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end supply strategy for Xbox physical game media across all global markets and retail channels.
  • Drive demand-supply alignment for new title launches in partnership with Xbox Game Studios and third-party publishers.
  • Monitor inventory health and aged stock exposure; lead disposition actions for underperforming titles.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasting models that account for digital-vs-physical mix shift trends.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, and channel teams to optimize supply/order execution and cost-to-serve.
  • Manage S&OP cycles with games-specific supply inputs, risks, and capacity constraints.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase agility as the physical media portfolio evolves.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in data science/analytics, engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or project management with a supply chain or operations field
