Job description

Enzo Health is a healthcare technology company transforming home health operations through purpose-built artificial intelligence. We deliver a secure, HIPAA-compliant AI platform that unifies intake, clinical documentation, coding, and quality assurance-enabling agencies to reclaim time and revenue while elevating patient care.
Enzo addresses the critical challenges facing home health agencies today: rising operational costs, clinician burnout, shrinking reimbursement margins, and increasing compliance demands. Our integrated AI solution automates documentation workflows from referral to final QA, allowing clinical staff to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Our Solutions
  • Enzo Intake: Delivers intake decisions in seconds, automatically extracting key data from referrals to increase admissions and reduce processing delays.
  • Enzo Scribe: Auto-generates OASIS documentation, clinical narratives, and care plans, reducing documentation time by up to 75%.
  • Enzo QA: Ensures documentation meets the highest clinical standards with approximately 95% coding accuracy, reducing compliance risk while increasing reimbursement by an average of $185 per episode.

Our Impact
Trusted by top-performing home health agencies nationwide, Enzo delivers measurable results: documentation time under 25 minutes per visit, referral intake under 5 minutes, and 30-50% savings per episode of care. These efficiencies effectively double staff capacity while maintaining exceptional quality and compliance.
As reimbursement pressures intensify, Enzo Health empowers agencies to navigate cost-cutting measures without compromising care quality, positioning AI as the essential strategy for sustainable growth in home health.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer with deep React Native expertise to lead the development of Enzo Health's mobile experience. You'll build fast, intuitive, and reliable mobile applications that clinicians and operators rely on daily. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the mobile stack end-to-end and play a key role in defining how our products are used in the field.
What you'll do
  • Own the development and evolution of our mobile applications using React Native
  • Build and ship high-quality, performant mobile features across iOS and Android
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Optimize app performance, reliability, and offline capabilities for real-world clinical environments
  • Design scalable mobile architecture and establish best practices
  • Integrate APIs and real-time data systems to support core workflows (documentation, intake, etc.)
  • Debug production issues and continuously improve app stability
  • Contribute to product decisions and help shape the mobile roadmap

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on mobile development
  • Deep experience with React Native and the mobile ecosystem (iOS + Android)
  • Strong understanding of mobile performance, state management, and debugging
  • Experience integrating with backend APIs and handling real-time or asynchronous data
  • Experience building and maintaining apps used in production at scale
  • Strong product sense and attention to user experience
  • Ability to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced startup environment

Why This Role Matters
Healthcare happens outside the office-clinicians are in the field, and their tools need to work seamlessly wherever they are. Mobile is a critical surface area for Enzo Health as we automate documentation, streamline intake, and improve clinician workflows. As our Senior Mobile Engineer, you'll ensure our mobile experience is fast, reliable, and truly usable in real-world conditions, directly impacting productivity and patient care.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity
  • High ownership over the mobile product and architecture
  • Direct collaboration with founders and product leadership
  • A fast-paced, builder-first engineering culture
  • Remote-friendly work environment
  • The opportunity to build technology that meaningfully improves healthcare delivery
