We're looking for skilled welders who take pride in quality work, embrace challenges, and want to grow with a winning team.


What You’ll Do

As a Welder, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Preparing materials and performing MIG welding and robotic welding (load/unload).
  • Completing metal finishing operations to meet customer drawings and specifications.
  • Following all safety procedures, including Lock Out Tagout, ergonomic practices, and machine start-up/shut-down.
  • Performing quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
  • Maintaining production efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Using our ERP system to manage shop orders and report production data.
  • Participating in 5S practices and preventative maintenance.
  • Assisting in other work areas as needed and working independently with minimal supervision.
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, plus:
    • 3–5 years of welding experience OR
    • Technical degree and 1 year of experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, drawings, and memos in English (translation assistance available upon request).
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, protractors, etc.).
  • Solid computer skills for navigation, scanning, and data entry.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and continuous learning.
