Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution of critical features across mobile and desktop applications. The role requires deep expertise in B2C SaaS, user-centric product development, and data-driven decision-making. The Senior PM will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and clinical experts to build engaging products that scale and remain compliant with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities / Duties
Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile and desktop applications.
Translate customer insights, analytics, and market trends into clear product requirements and priorities.
Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
Work with engineering to balance feature velocity, technical debt, and scalability.
Partner with data teams to design A/B tests, track KPIs, and optimize product performance.
Ensure compliance with health data privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
Advocate for the consumer across all decision-making processes, while aligning with company goals.
Prepare product updates, roadmap presentations, and results for executive leadership.
Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building strong product management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ in B2C SaaS.
Strong track record of delivering mobile and desktop products at scale.
Experience working in healthtech, wellness, or adjacent regulated industries.
Deep understanding of customer journeys in consumer-facing applications.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complexity for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in A/B testing, growth experiments, and subscription/SaaS monetization models.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Prior experience in a healthtech SaaS company.
Familiarity with integrating wearable devices, APIs, or digital biomarkers.
Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, or other healthcare compliance frameworks.
Experience with internationalization/localization of consumer products.
Background in behavioral science, digital therapeutics, or patient engagement tools.
