Global Product Manager, Mobile Applications

As our Global Product Manager for our Mobile Applications within Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC), you will have the opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and deep customer understanding to shape, develop, adapt, and implement product and solution requirements. You will oversee your product portfolio, identifying and analyzing customer needs, transforming these insights into a clear product vision, and ensuring the successful execution and launch of solutions on a global scale.

Your role:

  • Define and maintain the software product lifecycle and commercial strategy for Mobile Apps within Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC), ensuring integration of the Software Business Model. Drive lifecycle management within the PDLM framework, including deliverables like feature descriptions, value propositions, and pricing.
  • Holds Responsibility for product and solution development, preparing business cases to support new value creation. Coordinate pricing across product lines to ensure profitable growth and sustainable margins.
  • Develop customer-centric value propositions and create user/business requirements for new features and enhancements. Partner with R&D and UX, Med Office or other cross functional teams to ensure intuitive, clinically appropriate designs and translate customer pain points into actionable solutions.
  • Lead execution of global go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement, launch planning, and training content development. Collaborate with Global Marketing and regional teams to tailor messaging and manage strategic partnerships with key customers and solution providers.
  • Support onboarding and migration for new customers while monitoring product performance post-launch. Use formal and informal engagement strategies to drive adoption, retention, and continuous improvement across markets. Establish and track clear product success metrics (e.g., Monetization, ARR/MRR, NRR, customer retention, user adoption, NPS, timetovalue) and drive initiatives to improve them.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 8+ years of professional experience in product or solutions innovation, business management, or product management within telehealth, medical devices, or regulated healthcare information systems. Understanding software as a companion app instead of a standalone product and experience with APP solutions is desired along with knowledge of medical device mobile applications.
  • Your skills include critical thinking & planning skills, with the ability to think innovatively and persistently solve problems both internally and externally; working across organizational boundaries and within a global organization that spans various cultures and departments; strong ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a strong and collaborative culture.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree, required in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent field, MBA preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You also possess project management skills and are able to travel up to 25%.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $135,000 to $216,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
