  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment and remove friction across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams. Translate complex mobile requirements into clear specifications that balance technical scalability with speed of delivery.
  • AI Integration: Work closely with Content Technology and Data Science to integrate next-generation AI and LLM-powered features directly into the mobile journey.
  • Execution & Risk Management: Proactively mitigate risks and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines, ensuring high-quality product outcomes are delivered reliably and on time.
  • Experimentation: Design and analyze sophisticated A/B tests to validate mobile features, optimize conversion rates, and inform long-term app development.

What you'll need

  • Experience: 6+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in a mobile-first or app-centric environment.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, and technical tradeoffs. You should be comfortable collaborating with engineers on complex implementation decisions.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex problems independently using structured frameworks and data-driven insights.
  • Customer Advocacy: A customer-first mindset with experience synthesizing user feedback and research into prioritized product requirements.
  • Analytical Rigor: Expertise in defining success metrics (KPIs), analyzing performance, and using quantitative/qualitative data to drive decision-making.
