What You'll DoLead the Team
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees and store leaders.
  • Build and maintain a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
  • Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews.
  • Foster employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
Drive Store Performance
  • Manage sales, profitability, labor costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze sales trends, labor reports, inventory performance, and operational metrics.
  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve company goals.
  • Ensure schedules are completed accurately and communicated on time.
Maintain Operational Excellence
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and implement strong cash-handling controls.
  • Oversee merchandising, promotions, and marketing execution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with corporate departments, including Operations, HR, Marketing, Purchasing, and Accounting.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 4+ years of management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or similar customer-focused industries.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive business results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with employee scheduling, labor management, and performance management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Experience using spreadsheets, reports, labor analysis, sales reporting, and inventory data to make informed business decisions.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and scheduling software.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat required; Adobe Photoshop or similar design software preferred.
Additional Requirements
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to the corporate office or other company locations.
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
