Summary

The Mixing Operator safely operates mixing equipment to support daily production. Duties include inspecting machines, monitoring performance, and resolving minor issues. Responsibilities
  • Perform operational pre-checks: Inspect equipment and systems before starting production to ensure everything is set up correctly and ready for use.
  • Conduct safety pre-checks: Verify that all safety measures are in place, including emergency stops, guards, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Troubleshoot machine and process issues during the shift
  • Monitor machine processes and respond to any issues
  • Check machine setups and conditions daily
  • Verify that scales and measuring devices are functioning properly
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
