As a part-time Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a premium, white-glove customer journey through immersive, hands-on demonstrations of cutting-edge wearable and mixed-reality technologies. What You'll Do
  • Become the go-to product expert! Build a deep understanding of our client's wearable and mixed-reality products-including accessories-and confidently articulate their features, benefits, and real-world impact to every customer.
  • Deliver unforgettable demos. Create immersive, hands-on experiences that showcase how mixed reality and wearable technology can transform the way customers play, learn, work, and interact with the world around them.
  • Support seamless purchases. Guide customers through transactions using our client's Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure a smooth, efficient buying experience.
  • Drive results. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. When targets fall short, partner with the Retail Manager to build action plans that get results.
  • Keep the experience running smoothly. Execute daily operational tasks-including opening and closing procedures-and ensure all interactive displays are functioning, clean, and engaging for customers.
  • Bring positive team energy. Arrive on time with a proactive, can-do attitude, ready to support team goals, collaborate, and contribute to a high-performance environment.
  • Be adaptable. Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Bring
Experience and Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
  • Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling

Skills and Attributes:
  • Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal, and on-camera
  • Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
  • Must be results and detail-oriented
  • Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
  • Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
  • Flexible availability including nights & weekends
