Job description

Our Team's Mission
We empower Miro's go-to-market teams and customers with strategic consulting that drives adoption, scales innovation, and delivers measurable business value.
Our Team's Vision
We are Miro's strategic edge in the market, turning customers' vision into velocity.
About the role
We are hiring an AI Technical Architect to support our most strategic customers in designing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that elevate collaboration and drive business outcomes using Miro. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and technical lead on AI use cases ranging from intelligent agents to workflow automation. This role will be responsible for guiding customers throughout the onboarding and implementation of our various AI solutions. You'll guide organizations through the discovery, design, and hands-on configuration of AI-powered features, ensuring that customers maximize value from Miro's evolving AI capabilities.
This role will also bridge the gap between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, helping define how AI transforms collaboration at scale-both within Miro and across the customer's broader tech ecosystem.
What you'll do
  • Lead customer discovery sessions focused on identifying AI use cases, data sources, technical constraints, and automation opportunities
  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions in Miro, including intelligent templates, agents, summarization tools, and custom GPT integrations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on AI solution architecture, including data privacy, compliance, API usage, and model performance monitoring
  • Guide customers through technical setup and change management for Miro's AI features and integrations with other AI or automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Workato, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain)
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on real-world customer needs and emerging AI trends
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Managers to ensure successful onboarding, measurable adoption, and retention of AI use cases
  • Facilitate enablement sessions and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences on using Miro's AI tools effectively
  • Contribute to documentation, best practices, and scalable assets for repeatable AI engagements

What you'll need
  • 6+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solution architecture, or professional services role with customer-facing responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience designing or implementing AI solutions, including working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or agent frameworks (e.g. AutoGPT, LangChain, RAG)
  • Strong familiarity with AI tooling and APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face, Vertex AI), and knowledge of how to integrate these within customer workflows
  • Experience designing, evaluating, and deploying AI agents or workflows using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGPT
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms is a strong plus
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Strategic mindset with a bias toward experimentation, iteration, and learning.
  • Knowledge of enterprise AI safety, data privacy, and responsible deployment practices
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI into enterprise SaaS environments using APIs or low-code tools
  • Curiosity and empathy-especially when it comes to understanding a customer's needs and how AI can uniquely solve them
