About the Team
Miro's Advisory Services team sits within the Professional Services organization and is focused on strategic guidance for Enterprise plan customers with a focus on human-centred change, experience design, deep product expertise, and workflow transformation. The Advisory Services team brings the product and transformation expertise required to accelerate business value realization on Miro. You will understand our customer's needs and proactively identify ways in which they can interact with Miro to achieve their goals!
About the Role
  • Support teams in adopting Miro by demonstrating best practices and real-world applications
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align Miro's value with their goal
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to improve collaboration
  • Help design and implement change initiatives that drive successful adoption
  • Assist in creating governance models that support teamwork and innovation
  • Facilitate workshops to explore use cases and improve team collaboration
  • Develop simple prototypes to showcase Miro's capabilities and inspire innovation
  • Recommend ways to streamline tool usage and enhance collaboration strategies
  • Provide guidance on Agile ways of working and help teams integrate Agile principles
  • Share best practices and coach teams on improving their workflows with Miro

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments
