We're seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join us. This is a remote position.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients, and work within Zotec departments, to optimize Revenue Cycle Management results. You will work proactively with clients to shape RCM goals and expectations, provide reimbursement analysis, and management reporting. You will advise clients of industry and regulatory trends that may impact their practice, as well as inform them of Zotec's role in helping navigate healthcare challenges through specialized processes and innovative tools.
What you'll do:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of assigned clients' overall business needs and RCM goals
  • Review and analyze RCM metrics to assess and optimize performance
  • Conduct client meetings to review RCM performance, practice trends, and advise clients on business / industry issues impacting the practice.
  • Appropriately educate client groups on the benefits, capabilities, and value proposition of Zotec
  • Proactively communicate with client groups and appropriate organizational departments regarding open items, and opportunities, as well as the status of special projects
  • Keep the organization informed regarding ongoing client satisfaction and feedback, leveraging support of and bringing to bear the appropriate resources within Zotec to address any issues

  • Alert the sales team to opportunities for growth with referrals from existing clients
  • Maintain a clear understanding of MACRA, MIPS, and relevant specialty issues to assist clients through our rapidly changing healthcare environment
  • Maintain industry knowledge by taking advantage of internal and external education; regularly communicating the effect of industry developments and trends to client groups
What you'll bring to Zotec:
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business Management or Accounting; graduate level degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical billing client service role, Radiology preferred
  • Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, industry trends
  • Ability to confidently interpret RCM data and communicate results, trends and opportunities to clients
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
