Job description

Role Overview

Kodak is looking for a Senior Quality Supervisor to join our Film Finishing team. This position will be part of Finishing's Quality organization within our Advanced Materials and Chemicals Division in Rochester, NY.  In this position you will be part of a team working in a great environment with a bright future. As a Senior Supplies Supervisor, you will be trained in film finishing processes and will work independently with quality related activities centered on supplier quality and qualification with additional quality improvement project management.  Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively using a variety of mediums.

Responsibilities:
   Collaborate with management, purchasing, and other resources to improve supplier quality performance via data-driven root cause & corrective action processes.
   Plan and conduct quality systems audits of key suppliers as well as new suppliers when needed.
   Support new product development and all sourcing initiatives to qualify potential suppliers.
   Containment, Root Cause, Corrective Action Oversite and Approval
   Supplier qualification, selection and auditing
   Data mining, scorecarding, and communication of performance by supplier
   Management of Supplier KPIRs (containment, root cause, corrective action, verification of supplier quality incidents)
   Develop and implement incoming supply testing and evaluations
   Quality improvement project management
   Customer facing communication

Qualifications:
   Experience working in or with a film manufacturing environment
   Strong knowledge of problem solving tools (5-Why, FMEA, A3)
   Experience implementing formal corrective action
   Strong data mining / data analysis skills
   Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
   ISO Supplier Auditing

Preferred Education/Training/Experience
   Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Preferred.
   3-5 years' experience in Quality Manufacturing Environment.
   Supplier Quality related experience
   ISO Auditor Certification Preferred
   SS Green Belt or higher preferred
   Project Management experience
