Job Summary:
The Minibar Attendant stocks and maintains all in-room minibars and snacks, ensuring accurate guest charges, and supporting inventory management to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Service guest rooms daily to inspect minibar consumption
  • Accurately record and charge consumed food and beverage items using the Simphony POS system (room charges)
  • Restock minibar items to established standards and presentation guidelines
  • Monitor expiration dates and ensure product quality at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage and carts
  • Track inventory usage and report stock levels to management on a weekly basis
  • Communicate any discrepancies, maintenance issues, or guest concerns promptly
  • Follow all resort policies, safety procedures, and health regulations

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or food & beverage preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems (Simphony experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies (up to ~25-30 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods
