Job Summary:

As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a well-stocked and inviting mini bar experience. You'll be responsible for the upkeep, stocking, and organization of mini bars in guest rooms, ensuring accuracy in billing and inventory. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service will enhance the overall guest experience.

What You'll Do

  • Restock mini bars daily, ensuring all items are fresh, well-presented, and in compliance with inventory levels.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks of mini bars in guest rooms, replenishing items as needed.
  • Ensure accurate billing by reporting consumption via the hotel's system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mini bar storage areas.
  • Ensure all mini bar items comply with food safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests related to the mini bar and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Report any maintenance issues with mini bar equipment or guest room refrigerators.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
