Position Overview Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Mini Storage Manager for a growing storage facility in Bradenton, FL. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, working independently, and maintaining an organized and professional property environment. The Mini Storage Manager will be responsible for customer service, administrative support, rent collection, property monitoring, and light facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working outdoors at times, and willing to assist with both office and property upkeep responsibilities. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling with full-time hours and long-term potential for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with storage rentals, inquiries, and account support
  • Complete rental agreements, receipts, and related paperwork
  • Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records
  • Make courtesy calls and collection calls as needed
  • Monitor unit conditions and overall property appearance
  • Open and close storage unit doors as needed
  • Perform light landscaping and general grounds upkeep
  • Sweep units, parking areas, and common spaces
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties in the office and apartment areas
  • Dispose of trash and carry items to dumpster areas when necessary
  • Inspect property for wasps, pests, and maintenance concerns
  • Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional office environment
  • Walk the property regularly to monitor conditions and customer activity
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
