As we continue expanding our Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) portfolio in North America, we are seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic and technical leader supporting commercialization, product positioning, and market growth across advanced surgical technologies. 


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary North American technical and marketing lead for Mindray's Minimally Invasive Surgery portfolio 
  • Partner closely with Global R&D, Global Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical teams, and Commercial leadership to support product launches, positioning, and commercialization efforts 
  • Lead downstream marketing and go-to-market initiatives for new product launches, including competitive positioning, messaging development, pricing support, sales enablement, promotional strategy, and customer targeting 
  • Provide technical expertise and application support to sales, clinical, and service teams across the MIS product portfolio 
  • Develop and deliver product training, presentations, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing marketing collateral 
  • Support North American product registration activities and ongoing product lifecycle management 
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to strengthen market strategy and customer adoption 
  • Support evaluation and management of OEM, co-branded, and white-label partnerships 
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events to support business growth and market visibility 
  • Help ensure launch readiness across commercial, clinical education, and customer support teams 

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or another technical discipline 
  • 5+ years of medical device industry experience 
  • Experience supporting operating room technologies or surgical device portfolios *REQUIRED*
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex systems and clinical workflows 
  • Ability to bridge technical, clinical, and commercial perspectives effectively 
  • Experience with minimally invasive surgery technologies, endoscopic imaging systems, surgical energy platforms, or laparoscopic instrumentation *highly preferred* 
  • Experience with product marketing, downstream marketing, commercialization, or product launch activities preferred 
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across global and domestic teams 
  • Experience supporting OEM, co-branding, or white-label partnerships is a plus 

Additional Information

  • Hybrid role based in Mahwah, NJ with a minimum of 3 days onsite 
  • Approximately 20% travel, including occasional international travel
