What You'll Do
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and machinery
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

What We're Looking For
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
  • Welding certification or the ability to obtain certification
  • Experience with welding, fabrication, and mechanical assembly
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work safely under pressure, especially during scheduled shutdowns
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous industrial millwright experience
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
  • Forklift certification
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Experience with industrial maintenance, equipment installation, and plant shutdowns
