Picture your week: you roll in when others are gearing up for the weekend, because your regular rhythm includes working weekends. In return, you enjoy two weekdays off to take care of life when the world is quieter.

A Day in the Life

You start by walking the line, listening for the telltale sounds of wear. You’ll align, install, and fine‑tune heavy equipment so production hums. A broken guard? A fatigued weld? You switch gears—fabricate, repair, and get it back online. When a machine misbehaves, your troubleshooting instincts kick in. Before shift’s end, you’ve tightened reliability, sharpened safety, and left the floor better than you found it.
