Store Manager - Agricultural Equipment Dealership

Location: Greeley, Colorado
Pay: $80,000-$90,000 Base Salary + Bonus

Are you an experienced Agricultural Equipment Manager, Branch Manager, or Store Manager looking for your next opportunity?

We're hiring a Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a growing farm equipment dealership. You'll oversee the sales, parts, and service departments while building strong relationships with customers and leading a team that takes pride in keeping local producers up and running.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ag equipment dealership experience who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and growing a business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the dealership
  • Lead the Sales, Parts, and Service departments
  • Hire, coach, and develop your team
  • Build lasting relationships with farmers, ranchers, and commercial customers
  • Help drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory and work with department managers to keep operations running efficiently
  • Monitor dealership performance, expenses, and profitability
  • Work with manufacturer programs and promotions to support the business

What We're Looking For

  • Management experience in an agricultural equipment dealership
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of dealership operations, including parts and service
  • Customer-focused with a hands-on management style
  • Experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, AGCO, Kubota, CLAAS, or similar is a plus
