Job description

Since 1957, Kroy Industries has been manufacturing and supplying our global customers with the highest quality products and unmatched customer service. Kroy is the only "Single Source" for Aluminum and PVC pipe and fittings in the industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operating and maintaining the mill: You'll be setting up, running, and monitoring the mill to produce aluminum tubing according to specifications, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
  • Quality control and testing: This involves ensuring the manufactured tubing meets quality standards through testing and inspection, making adjustments to the process if necessary.
  • Bundling and packaging: You'll also be involved in preparing the finished aluminum tubing for shipment through tasks like bundling.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance: Collaborating with the maintenance team, you'll help diagnose and resolve issues with the mills to minimize downtime.
  • Team leadership: Lead a small team of mill operators in various tasks, delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient work completion.
  • Utilizing tools and equipment: Periodically use hand tools and testing equipment to analyze and correct system, device, and instrument malfunctions.
  • Maintaining equipment and workspace: Keeping your work area organized and small power tools in proper working condition.
  • Recording data: Maintaining accurate production records, including quantities, downtime, and quality measurements.
