The Portfolio Governance & Operations function serves as the central operating function responsible for enabling strategic planning, portfolio visibility, execution governance, and scalable operational processes. We build the frameworks, tools, and insights that empower leaders to make informed decisions and deliver business outcomes.
About the team:
The team connects sellers and buyers globally by managing complex technical programs that span multiple domains and stakeholders.
What you'll do:
  • Lead portfolio planning and governance for Marketplace initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Establish scalable governance frameworks for prioritization, execution, reporting.
  • Build & maintain tools that eliminate friction and make information available at finger tips.
  • Leverage technology to improve productivity at scale.
  • Monitor portfolio health, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and KPIs to improve delivery and accountability.
  • Standardize planning and execution processes to drive operational excellence.
  • Design, build, and optimize governance tools, dashboards, and automated workflows.
  • Improve data quality, reporting, and portfolio visibility through integrated systems.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations to drive cross-functional alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Continuously enhance governance , operating rhythms, and portfolio practices.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategy, operations, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success improving productivity across large, matrixed organizations.
  • Hands on experience using AI tools & frameworks for similar set of use cases.
  • Experience leading cross-functional planning, governance, and portfolio management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workflow automation.
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple organizations to drive alignment and execution.
  • Build scalable governance processes, tools, and metrics that improve portfolio visibility, execution quality, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
