Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to work for our company.

Summary:

  • Client Agency is the US Transportation Command.
  • Program Manager responsibilities include interfacing with Government management personnel, staffing all tasks, formulating, and enforcing work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Project or Program Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project or Program Management certification).
  • Proven expertise in the management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, networks, and communications subsystems.
  • Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.
  • Proven experience in re-prioritizing tasks and resources to meet Government mission requirements.
  • Experience in management of cost, performance, and schedules on contracts.


Preferred:

  • Experience providing technical innovations for a large-scale organization, such the military or other large Government organization. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience in presenting material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials.
  • C4 experience in a military headquarters or command center environment.
