At Fox Rent A Car, our Fleet Coordinators are the organizational hub that keeps our fleet running without gaps. You'll track vehicles, coordinate repairs, and keep the communication flowing between teams and vendors to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Your Primary Focus Is To

  • Oversee the daily inventory of all vehicles

  • Update the status of all idle and out-of-service vehicles daily

  • Monitor overdue rentals and take action as needed

  • Issue POs to vendors

  • Help with the movement of vehicles when needed

  • See that non-rentable vehicles are vented for repair in a timely manner

  • Respond promptly to all email requests

  • Assist with fleeting and de-fleeting vehicles

  • Coordinate the transfer of cars needing repair and/or maintenance to the respective vendor or facility

  • Assist with all aspects of the vehicle cycle, including arrival at the location and return at the end of cycle

  • Assist with pulling cars with safety recalls out of service

  • Maintain an accurate status of the rental fleet - repair orders, vehicle transfers, and movements

  • Research any inconsistencies

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of office experience

  • 2+ years of previous experience within the car rental industry preferred

  • Valid driver's license and clean background

  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

This role is non-exempt and pays $20.74 an hour.
