D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full time qualified candidate for MOTT Training Instructor - CENTCOM At Sea - CNAL at our Commander, Naval Air Forces Atlantic location, Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities
  • Provide afloat ordnance training support for missions that include CENTCOM-related travel and operational requirements.
  • Deliver instruction in shipboard settings while maintaining safety, professionalism, and training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate deployment preparation, travel documentation, and mission-specific training materials.
  • Support practical training events involving approved weapons support equipment and procedures.
  • Document training completion, trip findings, and recommendations for follow-up action.
  • Maintain secure handling of information and comply with access and clearance requirements.
  • Contribute to course updates and continuous improvement feedback after each mission.
Qualifications
  • Relevant military instructor experience in ordnance, weapons support, or technical operations.
  • Ability to support travel-heavy assignments, including afloat and overseas environments.
  • Physical ability to work in shipboard spaces and climb ladders regularly.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain forklift licensing if required for assigned duties.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools for reporting and course support.
