In your role as Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct one-on-one video sessions with clients aimed at improving their mental health and well-being.
• Encourage open discussions where clients can share their emotions and experiences, facilitating greater self-awareness and insight.
• Act as a client advocate, helping them define achievable goals and pathways for attainment.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on your clinical expertise, utilizing a solution-oriented approach.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

This position focuses on working with stable, low-acuity adults, who typically experience anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Solid computer literacy skills, proficient in using online therapy platforms and digital client management systems.

• Previous telehealth experience providing therapy services is highly preferred, allowing for a smoother transition into this remote position.
• Familiarity with solution-based treatment approaches and methodologies.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and adapting counseling practices accordingly.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on hours worked and experience. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to ensure comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
